Daniel Rodríguez-Arias, COO at Ogilvy Spain – how did they implement Salesforce’s Interaction Studio?
This marketing and communication’s specialist from the prestigious agency Ogilvy, shares with us in a brief interview how they implemented a Salesforce tool in their daily processes.
Salesforce reaches every corner of the digital business. As a proof, we have talked to Daniel Rodríguez-Arias, Chief Operating Officer at Ogilvy Spain. This is the Spanish branch of the multinational agency originated in the UK, and its foundation dates back to 1850. This longevity is not an issue for innovation, even more, this agency leads the way of technological advancements in its sector, as Rodríguez Arias underlines: “Ogilvy’s DNA is creativity, but after all these years, the focus now is not solely on creativity, but to combine it with tech and data, in order to provide customers memorable experiences”.
Ogilvy carried out a training course in Interaction Studio, one of the tools from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as Rodríguez-Arias tells us in this video. He undoubtedly advised all kind of learning and training courses in these type of Salesforce solutions, “because they offer an scalability in the automation, which is something invaluable for all the platforms, e-commerce enterprises and companies offering data and technology services”.
