In late 2022, The Hotels Network internally launched the implementation of Salesforce Billing as an extension of CPQ, with the goal of overcoming natural limitations of Sales Cloud.
This was done in the context of radical changes in the hotel industry, and seeking mechanisms to rapidly scale a subscription-based business model, supporting over 85 internal users (sales, client success, marketing, finance, among others).
